Shipping & Returns

It is important to me that you are happy with the artwork or print you have purchased through the Anna Wetz Photography website (“Artwork”). If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me in advance at hello@annawetz.com. I always welcome direct contact with interested buyers and it may be quicker to resolve any queries in advance than after delivery.

Every care has been taken to show the Artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual Artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Ordering

How is my payment handled?
Payments are taken through Stripe in Pounds Sterling. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

Shipping

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my Artwork?
Most orders will be packed and shipped within 7- 10 working days. Within the UK, Artwork is sent by Royal Mail special delivery or occasionally by another courier depending on size and weight so they can be tracked and are insured in transit.

A signature will be required on receipt of your Artwork. Any orders that are not signed for will be returned to your local depot and an alternative redelivery time can be arranged with the courier.

Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me before making a purchase and we will try our very best to work to your timings.

All Artwork are sold unframed and are sent in a strong cardboard tube or double walled card envelope to ensure they are received in perfect condition.

Is shipping included?
UK shipping costs are included at checkout. Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit fees.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently sell to UK customers only. If you are interested in shipping an order abroad, please contact us directly at hello@annawetz.com and we will advise whether it is possible and provide a bespoke quote.

EU and International shipping may incur import duties and local taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient, and not Anna Wetz Photography. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Returns

What if my Artwork arrives and I don’t like it?

If you are buying the Artwork as a consumer, then you are entitled to a 14 day cooling off period under consumer legislation. Therefore, if you buy an Artwork online at www.annawetz.com and are not completely satisfied with it on its arrival, or if you change your mind for any reason, we offer a Buy-Back guarantee.  This means that you can return the Artwork in exchange for a refund. You must notify me within 14 days of delivery date by emailing me on hello@annawetz.com 

The Buy-Back is offered as long as:
- The Artwork is returned in suitable and secure packaging
-  The Artwork is in its original condition and not damaged
- The Artwork is returned within 14 days of your email to me requesting a return.

As the buyer, where you have exercised your right to the 14 day cooling off period, you are liable for the cost of return shipping and are responsible for any loss or damage in transit. We highly recommend that you keep all original packaging, return the Artwork using a signed for courier or tracking services, and to keep proof of postage.

Once the Artwork has been received by us in a saleable condition, we will Buy-Back in full within 14 days by refunding you the cost of the Artwork (less delivery charges) to the same payment method.

What if my Artwork arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure your Artwork arrives with you in pristine condition. However should an Artwork arrive damaged, please email us within 48 hours with detailed photographic evidence. Once the evidence has been reviewed and approved, a replacement Artwork will be sent as soon as possible.

If you want to return a defective / damaged Artwork and receive a refund rather than a replacement we will examine the returned Artwork and will notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via email that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Artwork in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the Artwork to us.

What about overseas returns?
At this time we are unable to offer a refund or return on any Artwork sent outside of the UK.
